Lead Opinion

In an action to recover damages for the conversion of certain postage stamps of philatelic value, the appeal is from so much of a judgment entered on the verdict of a jury as awarded money damages to respondents, and dismissed on the merits appellant’s counterclaim to recover for stamps alleged to have been sold and delivered to one of the respondents. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
