In a contested probate proceeding, the appeal is from a decree of the Surrogate’s Court, Suffolk County, entered on a directed verdict, admitting the propounded instrument as the last will and testament of the decedent. Decree unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondent Enrico Fontana, payable out of the estate. No opinion.
